The production time for the handmade cases is 1-3 days. Whether it takes 1 or 3 days depends on our current workload. If we are unable to meet the 3-day timeframe, we will clearly communicate this in the shop.

Once your product has been manufactured or processed, it will be shipped.

Shipping to: Germany:

You have the option to choose between DHL Small Parcel and DHL Parcel.

Your order will be delivered free of charge for orders over €80. Delivery will then be made via DHL Parcel.

Shipping to Europe, USA and Canada:

Your goods will be shipped via DHL Kleinpaket International with tracking.

Delivery is free for orders over €100.

Of course, you can return your purchased product within 30 days. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Personalized items and products that already show signs of use are excluded from returns.

Naturally, we will do our best to accommodate your individual wishes. Whether it's a change in dimensions, the color of the leather or stitching, a special engraving...
